IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES
The Los Angeles Recuperative Care Learning Network brings together recuperative care providers, health plans, hospitals, and other health care leaders to build relationships, with emphasis on the contractual relationships and protocol surrounding CalAIM and the newly implemented reimbursement of medical respite as an “in lieu of service.”
Funding for this network is generously provided by the California Health Care Foundation and National Health Care for the Homeless Council.
