At NHF, we support both our guests and their beloved companions. We’ve cared for 17 pets belonging to individuals experiencing homelessness, helping their caretakers access low-cost veterinary services, providing free pet food, and creating opportunities for pets to thrive alongside their owners.
At our Arleta recuperative care, pets can enjoy our on-site dog run, giving them a safe space to play, exercise, and stretch their legs while their owners work toward housing stability and improved health.
Because compassionate care means recognizing that keeping families together includes the four-legged members, too. 🐾💙
